SuperOrganicCamp was found last June as a purpose to build an organic & ethical thinking people by experiencing diversity programs to learn SuperOrganic Business, Service, Products and Team Building. This program is aimed to benefit one’s strong career step opportunity and successful business development by sharing better understanding of SuperOrganic.

For this year’s special guest speaker & facilitator, we are welcoming Mr.Kazumi Minoguchi who is an former executive officer of Starbucks Japan and currently runs Diversity Management Company. The activity content advises on corporate philosophy, medium term plan, human resource development, balance improvement, store opening strategy, and new business.

Mr.Minoguchi says “while all of my clients are from people, about 150 companies including retail, merchandising, service, manufacturing and other related businesses. I emphasize on facilitation type approach to bring out ideas that are in the minds of clients from my past entrepreneurial experience and my experience in large corporations.”

Former Starbucks Coffee Japan Executive Officer (General
Manager of Store Development Division General Manager Store Operations Division Director, New Business Development Division) Minoguchi joined Starbucks Coffee Japan in 1997. As the head of the Store Development Store Operations Division, he lead the business to 500 directly operated stores and 60 billion yen in annual sales in 3 years. Minoguchi also experienced the chief of new development department. In 2004 Minoguchi joined to Seiyu (Wal-Mart). As head of the Executive Officer Development Headquarters, Minoguchi supervised the new store division, market research department, construction design department, store planning department, contract revision department, tenant division and finance division. Taking advantage in diverse experiences such as real estate, restaurant management etc, Minoguchi is currently engaged in advisory work.

“2010年に株式会社Diversity Managementを設立しました。全てのクライアントが人からでありながら、小売業、物販業、サービス業、製造業などを中心に、これまで携わったクライアント企業は約150社程度となりました。活動内容は企業理念、中期計画、人材育成、収支改善、出店戦略、新規事業に関するアドバイスを行っております。これからもこれまでの起業経験と大企業での経験を生かし、クライアントの心中にある考えを引き出すファシリテーション型の活動を行なっています”

大学卒業後に渡米し、1988年にLAにてコンドミニアム開発会社であるK.N Group, inc.を設立。帰国後、1997年に創業時のスターバックスコーヒージャパンにて執行役店舗開発本部長、店舗運営本部長として550店舗まで牽引し、2004年より米国小売業のウオルマートからの招聘を受け、西友にて執行役シニアバイスプレジデントとして物流部門及び開発本部を管轄する。2010年より経営コンサルタント会社であるDiversity Managementを設立。小売業を中心として約150社の経営顧問活動を行う。
